Star Plus has stepped into a new realm with its latest show, “Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua”,starring Aditi Tripathi as Deepika, Akshit Sukhija as Chirag, and Urvashi Pardesi as Jhanvi.
The show, a remake of the popular Bengali daily soap “AnuragerChhowa’, is set in Rajasthan. The plot claims to reveal the difficulties the lead charactersface while navigating social rejection.
The series, which replaces the serial Udti Ka Naam Rajo, will start airing on 15 July 2024 at 7 pm, Monday to Sunday.

Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua serial, set in the backdrop of Rajasthan, tells the love story of Deepika, who faces prejudices because of her dark complexion, and Chirag, a doctor who belongs to a wealthy family and is humble and compassionate.
The serial also portrays Deepika’s stepmother and stepsister, Jhanvi, who join together and torment Deepika. Jhanvi, who is fair-complexioned and beautiful, has won the Ms. Rajasthan competition, and hence, she is arrogant about her looks.
Chirag’s mother hates dark-complexioned people and wants to choose the most beautiful woman for her son. She desires her son to wed Jhanvi. Jhanvi and her mother share the same desire. However, Chirag falls for Deepika after witnessing Deepika’s kind and compassionate attitude towards others.
It will be interesting to watch how their love story develops in the face of resistance from their families and whether they are able to forge their own path to happiness.
Story
Deepika lives with her father, stepmother, and stepsister Jhanvi. Deepika faces a lot of difficulties and challenges at home, as her stepsister and stepmother mistreat her. Around this time, Chirag meets Deepika in a blood donation camp and is impressed by how kind and compassionate she is.
Later, Jhanvi receives a marriage proposal from Chirag’s family; however, Chirag chooses Deepika instead of Jhanvi, which causes friction between the two families.It will be exciting to witness how the story unfolds and what happens next in Chirag and Deepika’s lives.
